Hot on the heels of their announcement that renowned gastropub the Ravenous Pig will be sharing space with sister restaurant Cask & Larder last week, James and Julie Petrakis have announced that they’ll be bringing their culinary flourish to Disney Springs next year. Partnering with Brian Petrakis (brother of James) of Greens & Grille, the family plans to serve a variety of wood-fire smoked and grilled menu items alongside a beverage program that brings Cask & Larder beer and cocktails to the Polite Pig’s taps. The 5,000 square foot restaurant is expected to seat up to 200 guests, and is scheduled to open in Spring 2017.
