
The artisanal paleta outpost in Orlando is Señor Paleta’s first venture outside the island and is part of a larger movement of Puerto Rican companies setting up shop in Central Florida to meet the demands of the growing diaspora of el municipio 79.
Señor Paleta was founded by Ramon Ortiz, a pharmacist by training and physician Jennifer Serrano, according to a news release. The popular popsicles are made daily with fresh ingredients, ranging from fruit-based desserts to creamy, milk-based treats.

guanábana, café con leche and turrón. Señor Paleta is also bringing debuting several new delicious popsicles in Orlando, including one flavored like guava and cheese, a gastronomic heavy-hitter combo in some Caribbean counties.
