The culinary events at EPCOT and Universal may eat up the lion’s share of attention, but SeaWorld Orlando’s Seven Seas Food Festival is actually the largest food festival in town, offering over 200 food and drink options from cultures around the world.

This year, Seven Seas runs Thursday through Sunday until May 19, and features 28 booths and bars around the park, including four new markets: the Indian Market, French Market, Vegetarian Market and Half Pipe Pavilion.

New signature cocktails are the Pipeline (Hendricks gin, Tito’s vodka, Bacardi rum, peach schnapps, orange juice, pineapple, grenadine); Mango Margarita (Milagro tequila, triple sec, mango, lime sour) and Mediterranean Sangria (red wine, cranberry juice, orange, lime, strawberry). Other new menu items include fried pickles, whisky maple bacon cinnamon rolls, tempura-battered sushi rolls, and deep-fried dumplings.

Guests can save money with a 10-sample lanyard for $70, or a 15-sample lanyard for $85. SeaWorld Orlando pass members can purchase 18 samples for $85. Lanyards are valid for full-sized food dishes, but only sample-sized beverages.

More than 30 live concerts are also included in park admission. Scheduled acts include Ludacris, Kool & The Gang, Hoobastank, Gloria Gaynor and more.
