Fast food chain KFC has unveiled its latest concept right here in Orlando, and its all about the tendies.

Saucy, a “flavor-forward dining destination,” is a KFC outpost featuring chicken tenders and 11 special sauces — a nod to the chain’s secret recipe of 11 herbs and spices. It’s open now at 502 S. Alafaya Trail in Orlando’s Waterford Lakes neighborhood.

Sauces on tap at Saucy include Chimichurri Ranch, Peri Peri Ranch, Jalapeño Pesto Ranch, Smokey Bacon Ranch, Thai Sweet ‘N Spicy, Sweet ‘N Saucy BBQ, Saucy’s Sauce, Spicy Mango Chutney, Saucy Ranch, Creole Honey Mustard and Sweet Teriyaki.

“Everyone is obsessed with sauce – more is more,” KFC’s chief new concept officer, Christophe Poirier, said in a release. “With Saucy, we’ve taken KFC’s famous Original Recipe and amplified it with a brand-new concept that lets consumers play with flavor.”

KFC plans for Saucy to grow and expand as the company perfects the employee and customer experience, it says. For now, Orlando’s location is open daily.
