Rawsha Mediterranean Cuisine

8956 Turkey Lake Road, Orlando
“This is by far the best Mediterranean cuisine I have ever eaten! Abdullah and Lele put care and love into all of their unique Mediterranean cuisine with an Arabic twist. The shawarma wraps are out of this world with unique flavors that cannot be replicated elsewhere. The food is simply incredible and delicious in ways that cannot be explained without trying it. If you are in Orlando give these people a try. You will not regret it and you will come back for sure.” — Greg H. Credit: Photo via Google Maps

Stasio’s

2320 E. Robinson St., Orlando
“Stasio’s where have you been all my life? Were you hiding in plain sight? Hell, maybe I’d still be living in Florida if you texted me back… 5 stars all the way. Oh, and don’t skip on the cannolis. Some of the best I’ve had in recent memory. My family and I devoured these for a midnight snack; you know, as Italians do!” – Matt C. Credit: Image via Google Maps

Adega Gaucha

8204 Crystal Clear Lane, Orlando
“We’ve love this type of dining and have been to a lot of places in Central Florida. This is hands down the BEST! Service was amazing, presentation was fantastic and the food was high quality, hot and delicious. The salad bar (they call it gourmet table) had everything you’d expect and more. I’ve never heard of octopus carpaccio lol. Presentation was excellent and everything super fresh. Also had pork belly, black beans that were great and sone of the best lobster bisque we’ve had in a while.” — Gordon S. Credit: Photo via Google Maps

Nami

“Classy and romatic ambiance. Service was excellent ! Food was nicely presented and the seasonings in each dish did not overpower and brought out the main ingredient’s flavor.” — Ri M. Credit: Photo via Nami Lake Nona/Facebook

Death in the Afternoon

930 N. Mills Ave., Orlando
“Ernest Hemingway and bullfighting go hand in hand like, oh, Ernest Hemingway and drinking. So the fact that there’s a bar named after Papa’s book on the subject — bullfighting, not drinking — is hardly a surprise. But Death in the Afternoon, the book, certainly has its fair share of dipsomaniacal characters, as does Death in the Afternoon, the bar. The primary culprit in both is absinthe, that much-maligned spirit falsely accused of everything from hallucinations to murder. No, if there’s any slaying going on inside this moody Mills 50 booze den, it’s at the hands of owner-bartenders Arthur Boothe and Julian Burgos, who kill it with their cocktail game, and chef Eric Norvelus, who executes with aplomb.” Read the full review here. Permanent Vacation

106 Lake Ave., Maitland
“Always a great experience at Permanent Vacation. It’s a tiki experience with friendly bartenders, great food, cool decor, and really an overall great time. We got the chicken and steak skewers, both were great but I especially loved the chicken. It had an amazing charred flavor.” — Colleen G. Credit: Photo via Permanent Vacation/Instagram

The Porch South Orange

4757 S. Orange Ave., Orlando
“My s/o and I have been looking for more dog friendly restaurants and stumbled upon this restaurant. The service was amazing. We sat outside & the server accommodated us with a water bowl and some carrots. My partner got the pesto grilled cheese which he really enjoyed, along with the smashed potatoes which he mentioned was very flavorful. I got the BYOB which was okay and so big I couldn’t finish it. The fries were actually in chip form.. I wasn’t too much of a fan. I will definitely be coming back to try something new!” — Amara S. Credit: Photo via The Porch South Orange/Facebook

The Bayou Kitchen and Lounge

165 Wekiva Springs Road, Longwood
“I went in for a solo dinner and had the SALMON – Grilled Atlantic salmon with Cajun fried rice, NoLA street corn, and a drizzle of Mardi Gras sauce. For a Monday night, I had the place to myself at around 7:00 PM which was kind of weird. Service could have been a little more attentive, but otherwise I can’t complain. Salmon was amazing. Though I’m not sold on the setting taking me back to NOLA it certainly did try! There are other things on the menu I would try so most likely I will be back again sometime in the future.” — John R. Chilispot

4646 S. Kirkman Road, Orlando
“We had a large group on 10 and had several signature dishes. Best was the fried noodles with beef, boiled beef, fish in sour soup, and drooling chicken. Also mashed eggplant and old eggs. Tasty. Mapo tofu uses the wrong kind of tofu. Most highly recommended.” — Stephen C. Credit: photo by Rob Bartlett

Superica

415 S. Orlando Ave., Winter Park
“Our order: Parilla Mixta Mixed chicken and steak fajitas, Ensalada Superica, Bandit Queen margarita The Review: It’s right in the name–Superica (translation: super delicious) is a phenomenal Tex Mex joint that you would never know is actually a chain (I didn’t until I Googled the menu for this review). The food was incredibly flavorful and fresh, with no shortage of gluten-free options. The salsas were to die for…I took the remainder home with me. As a recovering vegetarian, the delicious chicken made me beyond happy with my new dietary choices. The only complain I have is that the salad had way too much dressing and cheese, but it was still pretty good. The margarita was fruity and spicy and just perfect. Highly recommend Superica.” — Aya R. Credit: Image via Google Maps

Bacán

6100 Wave Hotel Drive, Orlando
“All three of my experiences at Bacán have been 5/5 stars. The dining room is beautiful and elegant, but I have to say on nice nights the outdoor seating is a contender as well. They have a few interactive and table side experiences, like their smoked old fashioned, which really brings the service above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Bacán for celebrations as it is easy to spend money but all very worth it.” — Lauren R. Credit: photo by Rob Bartlett

Hocca

8001 S. Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando
“Best caipirinhas I’ve had in Orlando! Definitely recommend! Many food options, but the shrimp pastel is my favorite. Server was very attentive, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for lunch or dinner after shopping at the Florida Mall.” — Re L. Credit: Image via Google Maps

Crocante Restaurant

4311 E. Colonial Drive, Orlando
“Holy moly, the pancetta crocante is probably the most tender piece of pork I’ve ever tried!! We have been meaning to try Crocante for forever now and finally visited for dinner on a Friday night. I loved that the space is super big and no wait after 6pm!” — Marisa C. Credit: photo by Rob Bartlett

The Moderne

1241 E. Colonial Drive, Orlando
“This is maybe my fourth or fifth time at The Moderne, and I have yet to be disappointed. The ambiance is perfect, the music is always on point, and it’s just a great spot for date night or a girls’ night out. And every server I’ve had has been nice and welcoming.” — Jasmine J. Delaney’s Tavern

1315 S. Orange Ave., Orlando
“We come quite often to Delaney’s Tavern. Sometimes we meet friends for dinner or others just because we want something delicious. I have had a few of their signature cocktails and have never been disappointed. Their food is decadent in a good way. Their menu gets tweaked here and there, and I can usually find something Gluten-Free to eat, and they are super accomodating. Honestly, I don’t have a favorite dish but once had a Mushroom Risotto that was out of this world. It’s a great place with fun art, good food, and friendly staff.” — Carla L.
