Artistry Restaurants, the group behind Park Avenue concepts Boca, Atlantic Beer & Oyster, and The Chapman, which opened earlier this month, will introduce yet another concept to the cobblestoned strip later this year.

Oak & Stone, specializing in thin-crust, stone-fired pizzas, will move into the space recently vacated by 310 Park South, establishing Artistry as the dominant restaurant player on the competitive Winter Park thoroughfare. The Park Avenue mainstay closed New Year’s Eve after more than a quarter century.

“While the closing of 310 Park South marks the end of an era, we are honored to take over the space and bring a new neighborhood favorite to Winter Park,” said Artistry Restaurants COO Jason Brooks.

Oak & Stone’s tavern-style digs will also feature an expansive self-serve beer wall very much like the restaurant’s seven other locations on the Gulf Coast. In addition to pizza, the menu will offer everything from Philly cheesesteak egg rolls to smoky gouda mac & cheese to a crispy grouper BLT.
