New wine bar SOMM opens at I-Drive 360

Imbibe under the shadow of the Orlando Eye at the new SOMM at I-Drive 360. It’s a DIY wine bar with more than 60 different “boutique and fine wines” available in 3-, 6- and 9-ounce (!) pours. 

The wine bar is the brainchild of the chef/owners of Slate on Sand Lake Road in Dr. Phillips, and along with the extensive curated wine list, there’s Florida craft beer if you’re no fiend for fermented grapes.

Don’t expect a 1:45 a.m. last call, though. The SOMM will only be open until midnight on weekends and 10 p.m. Mon.-Thurs.
