MX Tacos announced on Monday that it has expanded its regular menu and will be offering new allergen-free options and substitutions.

The vegan menu will include birria tacos; cactus, vegan chorizo, or vegan cheese quesadillas; sweet potato mole, and a pumpkin pesto sikil pak dip.

The gluten-free menu will include pumpkin pesto sikil pak with beef, pulled pork with pickled onion, mole chicken, shrimp tikin, and braised beef chilorio.

New vegetarian options includes the sweet potato mole with cotija cheese.

The peanut-free menu consists of a California burrito stuffed with tater tots — yes, tater tots — and a Tex-Mex taco.

MX is offering both dine-in and takeout options for guests. They’re open Monday – Thursday from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.; Friday through Saturday from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. They’re located at 207 N. Bumby Ave.
