Morimoto Asia teams with Crooked Can Brewery for pairing dinner Thursday, March 3

Never thought you’d hear of a small-town local brewery teaming up with a nationally recognized Iron Chef to bring a five-course tasting dinner to a tourist mecca like Disney Springs, did you? Surprise!

Crooked Can Brewing Company, based in Winter Garden, is rounding out a pairing dinner at Morimoto Asia created by newly minted executive chef Yuhi Fujinaga. The craft beer pairings have been curated by Crooked Can brewmasters Kent Waugh and Chad Holloway.

Not only will each of the five pan-Asian dishes sport a Crooked Can partner, the event will also serve to reveal the new beer Crooked Can is brewing exclusively for Morimoto Asia, Cherry Blossom Kolsch.
