Halls on 5th, Apopka’s first food hall, is poised to open this winter in the 100-year-old Hall’s Feed Store building at 15 E. Fifth St. The folks behind Apopka’s Propagate Social House acquired the building and will transform it into a multi-vendor space with craft cocktail bar, private dining experiences and outdoor seating.
