Chef Kevin Fonzo of K Restaurant and Chef Jamie McFadden of Cuisiniers Catering will be recognizing the staff and volunteers of The Center at the event, which will take place in the East End Market on Sunday, July 10, from 4-8 p.m.
Eva Weingarten will be performing a jazzy set at the benefit barbecue as well.
All proceeds will go directly to The Center.
There is no cover charge for the event, but the chefs are hoping on donations from those who attend. They do ask that you register in advance for Food & Wine Unite so they have an estimated headcount.
Parking is also limited, so they suggest carpooling, walking, biking, or taking an Uber.
Smiling Bison, Swine & Sons, and other restaurants in the Orlando area will also be participating in the event.
