Christina Thomas of Go Epicurista will host a Sip + Savor Oregon event this week, proffering plenty of tempting tastes from the Pacific Northwest.

The shindig goes down 6 p.m. Thursday, May 15, at Swirlery Wine Bar.

The immersive tasting experience features premium Oregon wines, artisanal cheeses, local olive oils and sundry Oregon-themed sweet treats.
