Saturday night’s James Beard Foundation Celebrity Chef Tour dinner at the Four Seasons Resort promised to be the culinary event of the year, and it lived up to the expectations. A master sommelier (James Tidwell), three James Beard Award winners (Gerard Craft, John Currance and Justin Devillier), a six-time JBA nominee (Kevin Nashan) and a Top Chef (Edward Lee) were among the attendees at the memorable happening. Oh, and if you missed it, take heart: Plans are already being made for next year’s event.
