Chef Eddie Huang, of Baohaus, Xiao Ye (now closed), and the infamous New York Times zero-star review, will be in town visiting his parents over the holiday break and is taking the opportunity to sling hanger-steak baos and bao fries at their restaurant, Cattleman’s Steakhouse. Here’s a chance to jump out of your post-holiday blahs, ingest still more tasty food before the New Year’s resolutions kick in, and meet one of New York’s more colorful chefs, bloggers, and Four Loko enthusiasts.
