Disney’s biggest culinary festival returns next week bringing more pickle milkshakes, mac & cheese menus, French fry flights and tasty offerings from around the world.

Epcot’s International Food & Wine Festival opens Thursday, Aug. 29, and runs daily through Nov. 23 with dozens of new and returning menus and food booths around the park.

Some of the fan-favorite items back at this year’s event include Emile’s Fromage Montage — inspired by the Ratatouille rodent’s love for cheese. The “cheese stroll” includes a passport to all the cheesy goodness there is to try around the Food & Wine Festival, including Swiss raclette cheese-covered potatoes, Greek griddled cheese, and the gooey Macatizers Menu. Try five cheese dishes and collect stamps for an exclusive cheese stroll prize at Shimmering Ships Marketplace.

The Muppets-themed Brew-Wing Lab Menu sets up shop again with pickle milkshakes and sweet, spicy and funky chicken-wing flavors.

Macatizers Menu

  • Traditional macaroni and cheese: with herbed panko
  • Cheesesteak macaroni and cheese: with shaved beef, peppers, onions and breadcrumbs
  • Truffle macaroni and cheese
  • Impossible chili macaroni and cheese: vegetarian “meat” with sour cream and cheddar

Festival Favorites Menu

  • Kielbasa and potato pierogies: with caramelized onions and sour cream
  • BBQ pork rinds with pimiento cheese Key lime tart
  • Frozen s’mores milkshake: with marshmallow syrup, mini marshmallows and a graham cracker
  • Irish milkshake: Guinness Stout, Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur and vanilla ice cream

Flavors from Fire

  • Impossible Montreal-style burger slider: with cheddar cheese and tomato jam on a sesame seed bun

Brew-Wing Lab

  • Unnecessarily Spicy Yet Extremely Tasty Carolina Reaper Pepper Curry Wings: with creamy cucumber raita

Mexico

  • Tostada de Camarones: tempura-battered shrimp on top of a fried corn tortilla with guacamole, cabbage, chipotle aioli, diced mango and chili-lime powder
  • Flauta de barbacoa: fried tortillas filled with barbacoa beef and topped with salsa verde, crema Mexicana and queso fresco
  • Pan de elote: Mexican cornbread topped with chocolate sauce and queso fresco
  • Mango sunrise margarita: Dos Hombres Mezcal, Centinela Tequila, mango puree and black currant liquor with a chile-lime salt rim
  • Poblano margarita: Lalo Tequila Blanco, Abasolo Corn Whisky, lime juice and Ancho Reyes Verde Chile Poblano Liqueur with a salt rim

China

  • Crispy duck bao bun: with hoisin sauce
  • Shanghai scallion noodles: with shrimp
  • Mango peach bubble tea: green tea, mango and peach syrups and white boba

Refreshment Outpost

  • Impossible spicy sausage: with piri-piri peppers and onions and piri-piri aioli
  • Curried chicken and South African Boerewors sausage stew: with chickpeas and potatoes, served in a bread bowl
  • Chocolate Amarula mousse: with white chocolate

Spain

  • Spanish charcuterie: jamón, Manchego and pan con tomate
  • Paella Negra: squid ink rice with shrimp, Bay scallops and octopus served with garlic aioli

Italy

  • Italian-style “nachos”: homemade beef ragout, pasta chips, tomato sauce and dried ricotta cheese
  • Polpettine Toscane: beef meatballs, rosemary focaccia and pomodoro sauce
  • Vanille cheesecake: with whipped cream and fresh strawberry sauce

Flavors of America

  • New York-style all-beef hot dog: with sauerkraut, onion-tomato sauce and spicy mustard on a brioche bun
  • Chicago-style all-beef hot dog: with tomato, dill pickle, pickled sport pepper, diced onions, yellow mustard and Chicago green relish in a poppy seed bun
  • Carolina-style all-beef hot dog: with chili, coleslaw and yellow mustard on a brioche bun
  • Southwest-style all-beef hot dog: wrapped in bacon with warm pinto bean, tomatoes, jalapeños, avocado crema and queso fresco in a French roll
  • Chocolate pudding cake: with bourbon caramel

Funnel Cake Menu

  • Tiramisu funnel cake: with vanilla ice cream, chocolate rum sauce and cream cheese whipped cream, dusted with cocoa and espresso powder.

Japan

  • Wagyu Temaki sushi: with sweet and savory American Wagyu beef topped with Takana Japanese pickles and spicy mayo sauce
  • Eel Temaki sushi: with grilled eel, egg crumbles, cucumber and pickled daikon radish served with eel sauce
  • Kyoho grape sour: Kyoho Black Grape cocktail with Japanese vermouth and Shochu

Greece

  • Greek melon lemonade: Kleos Mastiha Spirit, Aelred Melon Aperitif de Provence, Pearl Vodka and lime sour mix

France

  • Moelleux aux Oignons Caramelises et au Fromage de Chevre: egg moelleux, goat cheese and caramelized onions
  • Brioche aux escargots: escargot brioche with garlic and parsley cream
  • Cocktail au Gin et Aux Fraises: Rose d’Argent Strawberry Gin, cranberry juice and Dole Pineapple Juice
  • Frozen French Cosmo: Vodka, Grey Goose Le Citron Vodka, Grand Marnier and cranberry juice

  • Grilled bushberry spiced shrimp skewer: with sweet and sour vegetables and coconut chili sauce
