Another day, another food truck, yeah. But unlike the others revving their wheels on our streets, the Camarena Tequila Taco Truck is giving its comestibles away for free — we’re talking gourmet tacos fashioned by local chef Andy Williams, like:
- Camarena Tequila Gold-marinated pork carnitas with ancho chile barbecue sauce, adobo rice, cilantro sour cream, Hispanic cheese and tequila-pickled jalapeno
- Camarena Tequila Gold mojo pork tacos with chorizo and red bliss potato hash, Hispanic cheese, chive sour cream, and tequila-pickled jalapeno
- Camarena Tequila Silver-marinated margarita chicken tacos with refried black beans, Hispanic cheese, pico de gallo, cumin sour cream, and tequila-pickled jalapeno
- Camarena Tequila Silver-infused vegetarian squash and three-bean chili tacos with salsa verde, sour cream, Hispanic cheese, and tequila-pickled jalapeno
