That seems to be enough to get the pair to team up tomorrow night – Wednesday, Aug. 23 – for a cooking demonstration and tasting of authentic Southern dishes at Rivers’ fried chicken palace, The Coop, on Morse Avenue in Winter Park, from 6-8 p.m.
They’ll be making (and you’ll be tasting) oxtail stew, mashed potatoes and butter bean toast, among other dishes.
Luma on Park, Luke’s and Prato are all gearing up for Magical Dining Month menus, too, and they look divine. We’ve got our eye on the cauliflower soup with curry oil and yogurt appetizer at Luma and Prato‘s oak-roasted duck confit with figs and farro.
