The Central Florida Brewers Guild is a prime example of the old adage that teamwork makes the dream work. An association of more than 25 local breweries, the Guild works together to promote the beer scene of Central Florida as a whole. The Central Florida Ale Trail, a guide to area breweries, has helped beer lovers find great local brews since early last year. This week, 40 local breweries get together in Sanford for the second annual Central Florida Brewers Guild Festival. Each one is bringing specialty, one-off or rare beers for attendees to try, and food trucks and live music seal the deal.
