The Bangrak boys are back at Swine & Sons, just in time to take advantage of our heating-up summer weather. We say there’s nothing better than Thai on a steamy Wednesday night, so the timing couldn’t be better.

The chefs have just returned from a month in Thailand, and say on the event page that “they’re eager to share all they’ve learned … Stop by for a plate of Laab Muu Lana and a beer (or two).” They’re referring to a fiery, little-served Northern Thai variation on ground pork larb – chances are this menu is gonna get real. (We’ll add it to this post when they finalize it.)

Can’t make it? Follow them on Instagram (@bangrakthaistreetkitchen), so you know when the next one happens.
