As first reported by The Daily City, developer Timothy Green plans to open the District Gastro Bar and Social Eating House at 532 W. Church St., one of the last original buildings in the Holden-Parramore National Register District.
Initially built in 1922, the 6,055-square-foot structure recently housed a Pi Pizzeria and is currently occupied by a salon. Green plans on making indoor and outdoor renovations, which will include an outdoor patio dining area and will feature an “American gastropub” menu and craft cocktails.
Construction is expected to begin in November, with plans to open in spring 2018.
