Hey folks, it’s that time of year again. Time to navigate the crowds of plastered fools, block out the piercing din of screaming children, and sweat through your theme-park attire all in an effort to seek out the culinary gems of the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. Celebrating its 20th year, the festival marks a yearly ritual for many a gourmand, and judging by the hordes we witnessed on opening weekend, 2015 promises to be the biggest year yet. But enough yammering … on with the show.
