Sanctum Coffee & Juice Bar Estimated opening date: January From the creators of Sanctum Cafe comes a cafe that serves locally roasted coffee, smoothies, cold-pressed juices and other specialty drinks. Vera Asian Estimated opening date: early 2019 This “modern Asian eatery” offers a pan-Asian menu, with items such as sushi, dumplings and rice bowls. Jack and Honey’s Estimated opening date: Spring Hammered Lamb owners Jason Lambert and Joe Colón-Acevedo plan to open a 24-hour diner next door to their Ivanhoe Village restaurant.
