This weekend is the 2015 Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival, and two of Orlando’s favorite hot spots are displaying their wares for the Grand Tasting at the Gardens Mall on Sunday, Dec. 13: Baldwin Park’s Osprey Tavern, where the kitchen is run by former Ravenous Pig chef de cuisine Joe Cournoyer-Burnett (we’re hoping those brandade fritters will get top billing), and Ravello at the Four Seasons Orlando, famous for its outstanding veal Milanese.
If you feel like taking a drive, it’ll be worth it, and you can cheer on some of our local kitchen heroes. The $75 ticket nets you almost as many tastings as dollars – 71 restaurants, bars and brands will be exhibiting at the event, including celebrity chef restaurants like Burger Bar (by Hubert Keller), Mignonette and Blue Collar (helmed by Danny Serfer), and more.
