The exhibit, “Nature Connects Art with LEGO Bricks” by Artist Sean Kenney, will be on display from Jan. 6 through April 22 and features 16 sculptures in 13 displays throughout the 50-acre garden.
“The use of LEGO bricks as the art medium is ingenious. Each piece connects to another to make a colorful sculpture of nature as nature connects to each other. Plants, animals and insects have a defining role to play and those relationships helps keep nature in balance,” said Robert Bowden, Director of Harry P. Leu Gardens.
“Nature Connects Art with LEGO Bricks” is included with a regular garden admission, which is $10 for adults, $5 children age 4-17 years.
Leu Gardens is located at 1920 N. Forest Ave. [location-1]
