Jim Norton’s penchant for pushing boundaries has been the distinguishing feature of his career. From his days on cult radio show Opie & Anthony to 2017’s Netflix stand-up special, A Mouthful of Shame, Norton has consistently been the guy most willing to cross over into subject matter that most people wouldn’t discuss with strangers, like the virtues of prostitutes or the subtleties of eating ass. It’s gained him plenty of fans, and even landed Norton the opportunity to play comedy legend Don Rickles in Martin Scorcese’s upcoming true crime flick, The Irishman. Catch him at the Improv this weekend if you’re not squeamish.
