You drive likely over it every day on I-4, but this overlooked area attracts a lot of birdlife and is a great place to watch the sun set.#5 Lake Underhill Park, 4355 Lake Underhill Road#5 Lake Underhill Park, 4355 Lake Underhill Road#5 Lake Underhill Park, 4355 Lake Underhill Road#5 Lake Underhill Park, 4355 Lake Underhill Road#5 Lake Underhill Park, 4355 Lake Underhill Road

Ready for #2? …Mayor Carl T. Langford Park, 1808 E Central Blvd
Langford Park is a surprising, lush forest close to downtown with a small creek running through it, and a moderately exciting hanging bridge that sings a satisfyingly creaky song as you bound across it.Mayor Carl T. Saved the best for last, here’s #1 …Mead Garden, 1300 S. Denning Drive
Mead Garden is home to an excitingly active pond with several viewpoints that make it stand out as one of the sneakily best places to lounge outdoors in Orlando. You’re guaranteed to see animal life, including snapping turtles, woodpeckers, herons, and more. Everywhere you look is worth a double take, and I’d recommend walking across the stone bridge to catch all the species of birds there on any given day.Mead Garden, 1300 S.
