It might not feel as crisp around Central Florida as other places in the fall, but that doesn’t mean you can’t celebrate the season. Central Florida has many corn mazes, fall festivals and pumpkin patches to get you in the autumn spirit.

Club Lake Plantation Fall Festival

Club Lake Plantation’s price is just right. $17 gets you in all day. The festival will run Friday-Sunday from October 1 to the day before Halloween.

Now in its sixth year, DeLand’s Harvest Fields offers hay rides and hay forts in addition to its titular corn maze. The maze at Harvest Fields opens up on October 8 and runs to the day before Halloween. At night, the area turns into a haunted hayride.

The drive up to Elkton might be worth it for this 9 acre maze. Sykes Family runs their maze and offers live music on select nights from October 1 thru the 30th. The maze is open on Friday-Sunday and admission is $19.

Lake Catherine has a choose-your-own-adventure feel to it. In addition to a pumpkin patch and regular live music, the farm hosts three separate fall maze events. The family maze costs $8, the haunted maze $14 and the “Dark Forest Trail of Terror” costs $19.

Clermont’s Southern Hill Farms plays no games when it comes to fall. Their festival has just about everything you can think of from apple cider donuts to booze. Pumpkin patches and fields of flowers will be complemented by corn mazes and fair rides. Bands will play during the fest which runs every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday startin on the 25th. Tickets are $20 and the fest runs from 11-7 on Saturday and Sunday and 10-4 during the week.

Partin Ranch’s corn maze runs every Saturday and Sunday from October 9 to November 7. The offer multiple mazes, craft vendors and a kiddie zip line.

Santa’s Christmas Tree Forest has diversified, offering a pumpkin patch and fall fest for the month of October. Tickets are $13 for the fest that runs every Friday-Sunday in October.

The Fall Fest at the former Roger’s Farm goes well beyond pumpkin patches and corn mazes. Though both of those are on offer, the Gainesville attraction will also offer spooky trails, pumpkin chunkin’, hayrides, train rides and target shooting, among other attractions. Admission to the event, which starts on Saturday October 2 and runs every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, is $10.

The Fox & Squirrel Corn Maze is open every weekend from Oct. 1 to 23. Admission for youth is $10 and $11 for adults. In addition to the maze, the farm offers a pumpkin patch and fall vendor market every day that they are open. Games ranging from corn hole to steer roping are available as well. The maze operates from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

We don’t mean to start any fights, but Harvest Moon may have the coolest maze in all of Central Florida. Their Wizard of Oz-themed trek is invisible on the ground, but still a marvel from the air. The maze is open Wednesday through Sunday. They also run a haunted night maze on select nights in October. Admission starts at $11.95.
