Veteran and first-time maze walkers are sure to have fun at Harvestmoon’s events on Saturdays and Sundays from Sept. 30 – Nov. 5. This year the maze will feature an interactive MAiZE-O-Poly game where guests who complete it successfully will have a chance to become farmer of the year. For $11.95, you can also check out the pumpkins at the farm’s patch, ride hill slides, play cornball games and much more.

Six days a week in Apopka you can test out the corn maze and scavenge the pumpkin patch for the perfect find at Club Lake Plantation. The Fall Festival takes place from Sept. 30 – Oct. 31 and also includes hayrides, train rides, access to the country store and the chance to launch a pumpkin from an air cannon. Admission is $7.75 Tuesday – Friday and $13.95 on Saturdays and Sundays.

Make your way through a 3.5 acre crop maze, ride down the burlap sack slide or play pasture putt-putt at Coon Hollo Corn Ranch during weekends from Oct.6 – Nov. 9. This year the farm has added a beeline zipline to help teach kids about honey. Admission is $10 and the event runs until dusk every night.

Starting Oct. 1, the Smith Family Ranch in Lakeland has plenty to offer for family weekend fun during the fall month. In addition to an 8-acre crop maze and pumpkin patches, you can have fun with hayrides, bounce pillows and many more activities until 6 p.m. Opening times for Fridays is 3 p.m., 9 a.m. for Saturdays and noon on Sundays.

From Sept. 29 – Nov. 17 you can find the perfect pumpkin for carving at Green Meadows Farm in Kissimmee. Admission for ages 13 and up is $23, which includes a two-hour tour of the area, the chance to milk a cow, hayrides and a free pumpkin. Children 2 and under will be admitted for $5. The farm is also hosting a Corn Fest Sept. 23 – 24 from 9:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Harvest Fields is giving you the chance to test your escape abilities in the light and dark on weekends from Oct. 7 – 29. Daytime mazes are open Saturdays from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Sundays 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. This year the farm has also opened a flashlight maze on Friday and Saturday nights from dusk to 10 p.m. If you attended last year, you’ll need to enter a new address into your GPS, as the event has moved to a new larger location. Entry is $10 for all events.

About 45 minutes from Orlando, is a picture-esque pumpkin patch at Harvest Holler that is sure to provide ample fall fun. Starting Sept. 22 through Nov. 12, you can get your pick of pumpkins every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You can also check out the farm during the week, if you make a reservation.

Friday frights and Saturday scares are in no shortage at Orlando’s Haunted Maze during the entire month of October. Children 11 and under get in for $5, those 12 and older cost $10. If you can’t make it to a weekend date, try your escape on Oct. 30 or 31 instead.

University Presbyterian Church Fall Festival’s has family fun for all with its pumpkin patch, face-painting, kids’ games, raffle prizes and a hot dog BBQ.
