Right now, the average monthly rent in Orlando for a 1 bedroom apartment is about $988 to $1200. Just an hour or so east of here, you could literally have a condo on the beach for about the same price, or in some cases way less.

Seriously, why wait till you retired to live on the beach? Depending on your credit and how much you put down for a deposit, your monthly mortgage costs to live oceanside could be way less than what you’re forking out to live here in Orlando.

Heck, it might be worth the daily commute to be able to sip your coffee 100 feet from the ocean every morning.
