This neighborhood restaurant aims to celebrate the home-style fare of the South with their own take of southern favorites. Come and taste what fried chicken was supposed to be tasting like all along. Kai Asian Street Fare 1555 FL-436, Winter Park, 407-821-3430 Most people come to Kai Asian Street for their award-winning ramen, but many stay for their Korean fried chicken. A surprisingly good place for chicken wings, don’t miss to place an order for these. They are out of sight and extremely unique. You won’t find them made quite like they do here anywhere else. Domu 3201 Corrine Drive, 407-960-1228 Don’t let their food market look fool you. Though mainly known for their ramen menu, Domu hides some of the dankest chicken wings ever! Their menu actually offers a lot of variety. Try them out next time you’re in to give your experience a little something new. They go great as a side order with their ramen noodles! Johnny’s Fillin’ Station 2631 S. Ferncreek Ave., 407-894-6900 Yeah, no, it’s a restaurant. Think of it as a fuel station for your tummy and the name starts making more sense. It is a family owned and operated neighborhood restaurant & bar that serves classic, made-from-scratch American-style burgers. Though it was voted “Orlando’s Best Burger,” we challenge anyone to try their wings and not hold them is just as high a regard. The place has a 30+ year history of great food and awesome people. Great place to enjoy friends or family. They offer a full bar, your favorite game on TV, and a game room with pool tables, darts and a jukebox. Hooters Multiple locations Why does it feel like we don’t need to describe Hooters to anyone? Probably because it’s the original wings and beer place. This family owned joint is mostly known for their amazing chicken wings, though their menu is sure to have something for everybody. But seriously, though, their wings!!! Don’t want to spend too much? Cool. Place only asks for a buck for a full mug of draft beer. Yes, you read that correctly. And, yes, that means $5 gets you five drafts. These guys just want to make sure you have a good time.
