The 2010s reality series Insane Pools: Off the Deep End didn’t last very long — only 27 total episodes aired across three seasons — but the truly insane Florida homes it left behind made a lasting impression.

Airing from 2015 to 2018, the series followed host and star Lucas Congdon as he took his award-winning Florida-based company Lucas Lagoons in search of what he could transform into over-the-top aquatic escapes. He built waterfalls, saltwater grottos, islands and more — and now, a home that boasts one of his makeovers is on the market.

Located at 325 Cocohatchee Blvd. in Naples, the home itself is a six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom estate built in 2021. But the real draw isn’t inside.

The Insane Pool-ed outdoor area boasts a multi-level saltwater pool, a spa, waterfalls, fire bowls and a waterslide. The pool, made from natural stone sourced from Chattanooga, Tennessee, reaches 8-feet deep and is surrounded by tiki lights and hidden speakers.

The entirely fenced backyard also has a firepit, putting green and a bug-misting system, per Realtor.com. There are several covered lounge areas, a gas stone fireplace and an outdoor kitchen.

The home’s listing agent, Jay Westerlund, told Realtor the pool area was more than a $2 million investment.

The home also has a detached guest house, a 10-car garage, a private dock and riverfront views.

The home is listed for $14,500,000 and Jay Westerlund of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty is handling the sale.
