UBreakiFix CEO Justin Wetherill sells unfinished Windermere home for $10 million

Windermere mansions are as prone to the widespread inflation seen in Orlando's real estate market as any other home. Case in point: the CEO of formerly Orlando-based phone repair chain UBreakiFix just sold his yet-to-be-built estate for just shy of $10 million.

The land and partially built home was owned by Justin Wetherill, sitting on Lake Blanche inside the ritzy Isleworth community.  Once completed, it will have 6 bedrooms and as many as 9 bathrooms over nearly 12,000 square feet.  The finished home will have an indoor basketball half-court and a garage with an all-glass interior wall for showcasing vehicles. The waterfront lot is large, at two acres.

The home at 9288 Blanche Cove Dr sold on May 27. Wetherill purchased the lot in 2016 for $1.6 million and recently purchased another Isleworth home for $2.9 million.

The listing was represented by the Julie Bettosini Team with Stockworth Realty Group. The buyer was represented by Shane Croft with Coldwell Banker.
