John Morgan's son Matt is currently the owner of one of the most expensive homes ever to sell in Winter Park. As such, he doesn't need his other wildly expensive lakefront Winter Park residence. Matt kept it in the family, though, selling the estate at 1214 N. Park Ave. to his father for $4.6 million.
The famed personal injury attorney and dick joke purveyor purchased the home on March 29. He told the Orlando Business Journal that the 4-bed, 3-bath home on five acres along Lake Maitland will go to his daughter. It's unclear if the home was ever listed.
