After threatening to leave New York and move to Florida, Fox News host Sean Hannity has finally pulled the trigger and permanently migrated to the Sunshine State.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the 62-year-old purchased a sprawling 12,378-square-foot waterfront mansion in Manalapan for $23.5 million on Nov. 26.

Built in 1990, the Palm Beach County estate was last sold in 2021 for $18 million, and has since been remodeled. The home now comes with eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, and features new flooring, impact sliding windows, a heated pool, a dock, a new seawall, a separate beach house, a roof-level observation terrace, and 150 feet of Intracoastal water frontage.

Hannity is a known climate change-denier, who has openly mocked the idea that hurricanes have steadily gotten more frequent and more intense due to the effects of climate change. So, it’s worth noting that his new home is located in an area that’s extremely susceptible to climate change and hurricanes.

According to FEMA, Hannity’s new estate has a “high risk of flooding,” and has a 26% chance of flooding over the course of a 30 year mortgage. Not to mention that Palm Beach County was just recently shredded by tornadoes from Hurricane Milton, and in 2012, his new hometown of Manalapan suffered significant damage from Hurricane Sandy.
