A jury found last week that Walt Disney World discriminated against a security guard by denying her employment opportunities but did not award her damages, WESH reports.

Camelia Joseph, whose national origin is Haitian, complained in a civil lawsuit that when she applied for a job, the position went to a white man with less experience and education. During her testimony, she added that workers who were less qualified than her got promotions and made more money.

Disney has been hit in the past few years by discrimination claims from six employees who worked in the security department.

In a statement, Disney said, “We have a longstanding policy against workplace discrimination and believe none occurred here. We are pleased the jury awarded no damages."
