This just in from the MyFWC Facebook page: A Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officer was patrolling the Richloam Wildlife Management area in Sumter County this week, when he stumbled across a pretty epic marijuana grow site. In addition to the big plot of plants in the photo above, the site also had a hand-dug well to make watering the plants easier. The officer kept an eye on the site and after a few days, he saw a person stop by on a bicycle to tend to his plot and bring in a few new plants … and then he was busted. He was arrested and charged with cultivation of marijuana and damage to state lands. Officers seized 39 plants as evidence.
