In this week’s issue, we wrote about the proposal to bring a mixed-use development to Ivanhoe Village. Today, Facebook page Mayor of Orlando (which is not actually the mayor’s page, in case that wasn’t clear) share photos of the renderings for the project, drawn up by Baker Barrios Architects. The developer of the project, Chance Gordy, told us this week that his goal would be to enhance and maintain the existing character of Ivanhoe Village. We can’t help but think that these renderings make Ivanhoe Village look a lot like an extension of downtown Orlando.
