Hurricane Milton hit Florida’s Gulf Coast late Wednesday night and brought with it damaging storm conditions into Thursday morning. Cleanup efforts in Central Florida are underway, and Orlando crews are addressing downed trees and power lines, impaired traffic lights and flooded roads throughout the city.

Just outside downtown, Lake Eola Park offered unique sights of the storm’s aftermath. Here’s what we saw Thursday morning (including the lake’s beloved swans).
