Orlando ranked as the 7th ‘worst-designed city in the U.S.’

Have you ever noticed how a map of Orlando sort of looks like a toddler got into a box of crayons? Well, the listicle site Thrillist noticed, and recently ranked The City Beautiful as the nation’s 7th worst-designed city. 

The site references a few of our more obvious issues, like the $2.3 billion headache called the Ultimate I-4 Project, the fact that Orlando is the most dangerous city in the U.S. for pedestrians, and our constant flow of confused tourists.

Not to pile it on, but Thrillist forgot to mention that Orlando also has the highest fatality rate for bicyclists, according to the CDC. 

Other cities that joined us on this notorious list were Los Angeles, Boston, and the number one worst-designed city, Houston.
