The Orlando mansion owned by Hilda Bacardi, granddaughter of the founder of Bacardi rum Don Facundo Bacardi Massó, is yet again back on the market.
The house, located at 10242 Summer Meadow Way, is nestled within the sought-after mega-home complex Golden Oak at the Walt Disney World Resort community. We previously reported the house was sold Sept. 27 for $15,750,000 to Dallas-based Tom Morrow Industries. Now, it’s back on the market and listed for $15,850,000.
With more than 9,000 square feet of living space and nearly 12,000 square feet of total area, the resort-style estate offers seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, two primary suites, two laundry rooms and an over-the-top bar and entertainment room. The home stays true to its Disney-adjacent location with rooms themed around Disney’s Frozen, Finding Nemo and Star Wars.
The house also comes with a completely separate, fully enclosed pool cabana with its own full bath, which can be used as a spa and massage room, an office or a gym.
The sale is being handled by Ken Pozek with KW Elite Partners.
