Brazilian soccer star Kaká has found a buyer for his massive Orlando-area home that comes with its own soccer field.

The renowned former soccer player dedicated three seasons to Orlando City starting in 2015, before he retired from the game in 2017. Kaká, or Ricardo Leite, was named in Time’s 100 most influential people roundups in 2008 and 2009.

He also won a World Cup with the Brazilian national team in 2002 and a Ballon d’Or award in 2007, and was honored by the city of Orlando last year as the very first inductee to Inter & Co Stadium’s new “Legends Terrace.”

The home, located at 5410 Monterrey Club Court in Windermere, has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms across its 6,665 total square feet. It overlooks the Isleworth Golf and Country Club and has a sizable swimming pool and spa, 250 feet of water frontage, an outdoor kitchen and its very own synthetic soccer field.

Kaká purchased the home after signing with Orlando City in 2015 for $3.4 million, according to property records. The estate was previously owned by Bob Vander Weide (former Orlando Magic CEO and son-in-law of former team owner Rich DeVos).

The home sold for $4,350,000, according to Realtor.com.
