Madame Tussauds Orlando now has a new addition to its waxy lineup.

Selena Gomez and her iconic red gown from the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards will now be forever encapsulated in wax at Icon Park.

Gomez’s wax counterpart took more than nine months to create, and it was crafted by 20 studio artists, who meticulously sculpted, painted and inserted each strand of hair by hand, Madame Tussauds says.

Gomez has long stood in the spotlight, first appearing on the screen as a kiddo on Barney and Friends, and later entering Disney Channel stardom starring in Wizards of Waverly Place. She’s since launched a successful music and acting career, including hit and award-winning songs and a starring role in dramedy series Only Murders in the Building.

“Selena Gomez is an international icon whose talent, style and authenticity inspires millions around the world,” Madame Tussauds Orlando manager Paul Gould said in a release. “We’re thrilled to honor her and welcome fans with this striking new wax figure, capturing one of her most memorable MTV VMA red-carpet looks.”
