Perhaps New Smyrna residents are tired of tourists stealing all the good waves. The popular Florida beach will soon be charging non-Volusia County residents to park.
Utilizing pay-to-park kiosks, those without the free resident-only parking decals will be forced to pay $10 for each visit to the beach, My News 13 reports.
