According to The Daily City, Tampa-based chain Irish 31 filed a request with the City of Winter Park’s Planning and Zoning Board in an attempt to secure a liquor license.
The franchise has five other locations in the Tampa area, and focuses on traditional Irish grub like shepherds pie, bangers and chips, etc.
