National Weather Service issues tornado watch for Central Florida

A tornado watch has been issued across Central Florida, according to an alert by the National Weather Service.

The weather service issues a tornado watch when there are possible thunderstorms that potentially could spawn cyclones.

The storm is expected to pass through Orlando some time between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., and through the Space Coast between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
