Mark Zuckerberg is your newest neighbor, Florida.
The Meta CEO, Facebook founder and once youngest self-made billionaire purchased a Sunshine State megamansion Monday. The sale marks one of Florida’s most expensive residential sales ever at $170,000,000.
The sprawling waterfront estate, Zuckerberg’s first Florida purchase, is located on Miami’s exclusive “Billionaire Bunker” island at 7 Indian Creek Road, Indian Creek. It comes with nine bedrooms, 11 and a half bathrooms and nearly 30,000 square feet.
The house was first launched onto the market in late 2025 for $200 million more. Zuckerberg’s sale was finalized Monday, according to property records.
The home remains under construction, but original designs include plans for a waterfront pool, private dock, hair salon, gym, massage room, home theater, an aquarium and a library with a secret passageway, reports Realtor.
