Alpine ski race champion Lindsey Vonn is again offering up her waterfront Florida home, and it’s now even cheaper with a summer price cut.
One of the most accomplished downhill skiers of all time, Vonn first listed the property, which she owns with her former boyfriend Diego Osorio, back in 2022 for $4.3 million, according to property records. The house hit the market again in 2023 with a $4.5 million price tag, and it’s now at a cool $3.7 million.
Located at 970 S. Shore Drive in Miami Beach, it’s a four-bedroom, five-bathroom waterfront beach house built in 1955.
It’s perched in the exclusive gated community Normandy Shores, and boasts Italian tile and flooring, a wine cellar, custom lighting, a pool, an outdoor kitchen and a private dock that accommodates up to a 48-foot boat, per the listing.
Vonn retired from professional skiing in 2019 due to injuries before announcing a comeback in 2024. Over the course of her 19-year career, she’s racked up an impressive 82 World Cup wins, four World Cup championships and three Olympic medals.
