Here are some of the local spots doing their civic yet capitalist duty:
Krispy Kreme
The pastry chain celebrates “DOUGHmocracy” by giving customers a free glazed doughnut with no proof of voting required, though they are also giving out “I Voted” stickers.
Fazoli’s
The nostalgic fave Italian chain is offering $2 off a “signature” baked menu item, in-store only.
Johnny Rockets
Show off your “I Voted” sticker on Election Day, and you get a free shake with any in-store purchase.
Del Taco
On this hybrid of Taco Tuesday and Election Day, Del Taco is offering a bundle of three “Snack Tacos” for $1.99.
IKEA
The Euro furniture giant is giving away a free frozen yogurt in-store at the Swedish Bistro. The offer requires this coupon, however.
World of Beer
The Tampa chain — with several Orlando locations — is running a “$5 Off on Election Day” promotion, where diners who bring in their “I Voted” stickers get a $5 discount on their check.
Uber & Lyft
Rideshare companies Uber and Lyft (the latter with the code VOTE24) are offering 50% discounts (up to $10) on rides to polling places. The app also will help users find the nearest polling place.
Worth a reminder: These deals are only good for Tuesday, Nov. 5 — now get to stress eating!
