You will no longer address Kevin James as the ‘King of Queens,’ henceforth he shall be known as the Monarch of Delray Beach.
The comedian and actor has purchased a luxurious beachfront estate in Palm Beach County for $14 million originally on the market for nearly $16 million. This is a homecoming of sorts for James, as he previously owned a different beachfront mansion in Delray before selling in 2016.
James, star of both the King of Queens sitcom and the Paul Blart: Mall Cop film franchise, is now the proud owner of a fully renovated 18,906-square-foot oceanfront property with 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a 5-car garage and a 1 bedroom guest house.
The mansion also features extras like a rec room, elevator, wine cellar, pool, and a built-in grill on the outdoor patio.
Give your liege a friendly wave if you see him out and about in South Florida.
