So apparently just now at Orlando City Hall, Mayor Buddy Dyer showed this video of an awkward looking Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn in an ill-fitting jersey and eating crow. See, UCF is actually in a bowl game this year. But University of South Florida sadly is not.
